This course provides an in-depth exploration of mindful supervision as an ethical and professional practice in social work. Participants will learn how to integrate mindfulness principles to enhance ethical decision-making, reflective supervision, and resilience in themselves and their supervisees. The course is grounded in the ASWB ACE standards, focusing on ethical obligations, self-awareness, trauma-informed care, and the promotion of well-being within supervisory relationships.
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
