Building on Part 1, this session dives deeper into practical applications of mindful supervision, focusing on advanced supervision techniques and fostering a culture of accountability. Participants will learn to implement strategies that promote ethical behavior and improve team performance. The course will also explore trauma-informed supervision practices, cultural competence, and the integration of mindfulness to enhance professional resilience.
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Develop trauma-informed supervision practices that promote resilience and prevent burnout. Assess and address issues of cultural competence, power, and privilege in supervisory relationships.
- Enhance supervisee accountability and professional development through feedback-informed supervision.
