At CE Training Workshops we are dedicated to bringing participants quality continuing education courses at prices that everyonecan afford with personal attention to each participant. We offer the most competitive prices per training. We are available to answer any questions you might have.

Our live webinars are $47 for a 3-hour live & interactive virtual training. Our recorded live webinars for ONLINE CE hours are $25-$38.

We offer group-rate options and would be happy to discuss this with your organization.

You may pay for your courses with a credit card or debit card through our secure credit card processing vendor.

Within 24-hours of purchase through our website, you will receive an email from cetrainingworkshops@gmail.com providing you with information about what to expect. 48-hours prior to the webinar start time, you will receive an email with a Zoom registration link for the event. Once you click on this link and fill in your name and email, you will receive another email with the link and password to join the webinar. Please make sure to double-check the spelling of your email address while registering so the link and password can successfully be sent to you in the registration confirmation email.

Once a certificate has been issued to a participant, refunds are not available. For ONLINE modules, no refunds will be made after the purchaser has been sent the course access information. No refunds will be made due to technical problems arising from a participant’s equipment, internet, or inability to view. Any refund will be at the discretion of the management team and the amount will be the cost of the registration minus the payment processing fee (3%).

Yes, you can cancel for a full refund (minus 3% processing fee) 72 hours prior to the training for Live & Interactive Webinars ONLY. If you cancel within 72 hours of the training, you may be able to receive credit for an upcoming course (at the owner’s discretion). For ONLINE training modules, cancellations of purchase are not allowed once the purchaser has been sent the course access information regardless of whether or not the course has been accessed.

To cancel, please email cetrainingworkshops@gmail.com and the appropriate action (refund or credit) will be applied. If for some reason CE Training Workshops cancels the event, you will be advised no less than 72 hours prior to the event start time and will receive a full refund. You will also have the option of applying your registration fee as a credit for a future event.

It is important that you add this email address as a contact in your email so that future emails we send (including emails containing the webinar link, course evaluation survey, etc.) will not go to your SPAM folder but rather your INBOX.

No. We will gladly email you another copy of your certificate at no charge.

If you attend the whole webinar and complete the emailed course evaluation survey within 2 weeks after the training, we will issue you the CE that you are eligible for.

No, we do not issue partial CE credits and therefore if you do not attend the training in its entirety, you will not be receiving a CE certificate. This is an approving board(s) requirement and is non-negotiable. Note: For certain courses that are approved by the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB), we are able to provide partial credit based on course structure (i.e., 3 hours of an 18-hour series completed in segments).

No. CE Training Workshops’ continuing education events are best suited towards behavioral health clinicians, licensed or unlicensed. Participants do not need to be licensed to attend.
