Grief is not limited to death. Many clients experience profound losses that remain unrecognized and unsupported, including relationship endings, chronic illness, identity shifts, and major life transitions. This foundational workshop explores the clinical impact of these experiences, helping identify how non-death grief can present as anxiety, depression, shame, or a loss of self. Participants will be introduced to key frameworks and evidence-informed interventions drawn from approaches.

Upon completion of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and differentiate forms of non-death grief
  • Apply evidence-informed interventions drawn from approaches
