Navigating Neurodivergence: Practical Strategies for Therapists (2HR)
This course equips mental health professionals with the knowledge and tools to support neurodivergent clients. This course explores how to identify, assess, and diagnose neurodivergent clients and better understand the key characteristics of thinking and processing. Participants will learn to identify common challenges faced by neurodivergent clients not only in their daily lives but also in the therapy room. Much of the course will focus on implementing tailored interventions to improve therapeutic outcomes. This course also addresses obstacles therapists may encounter and provides practical strategies to foster a more inclusive and effective therapeutic environment.
