Hot Flashes, Cool Strategies: Helping Clients Navigate Menopause Transitions (1.5 HR)
This training empowers clinicians with the tools and strategies to support clients navigating the emotional, physical, and psychological transitions of menopause. Participants will explore the four phases of menopause, gain insights into destigmatizing this natural life stage, and learn evidence-based interventions including ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes. Through case studies and practical techniques, clinicians will build confidence in guiding clients through symptom management, identity shifts, and emotional regulation during this transformative time.
