Using CBT for Anxiety Disorders (3HR)

This training provides clinicians with a comprehensive introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders. Participants will begin by exploring the foundational cognitive model, learning to identify automatic thoughts and underlying core beliefs while distinguishing facts from interpretations. The course then moves into practical application, including cognitive restructuring, thought records, exposure techniques, and tools for challenging maladaptive thinking. Finally, the training offers guidance for tailoring CBT interventions to specific anxiety disorders such as GAD, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, and Agoraphobia.
