This engaging and interactive course delves into the critical intersection of implicit bias, cultural humility, and the unique mental health challenges faced by Black men. Participants will explore the pervasive impact of systemic inequities, the role of implicit biases in clinical settings, and strategies to foster trust and culturally responsive care. Through case studies, discussions, and actionable tools, attendees will enhance their ability to recognize and address biases while cultivating cultural humility to empower Black male clients and drive meaningful change in their mental health outcomes.
