$88.00
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an evidence-based somatic therapeutic modality that combines tapping on acupressure points with principles of cognitive behavioral psychology, exposure therapy and memory reconsolidation. Empirical studies show that EFT is effective for a variety of mental health issues, especially anxiety, depression and addiction. It also can help clients to overlay their negative beliefs with more empowering ones, as well as successfully address secondary gain.
