This training equips therapists with the tools to help clients understand, navigate, and
begin healing from toxic family dynamics. Participants will learn evidence-based
strategies to support clients in setting boundaries, managing guilt and emotional
manipulation, and developing resilience in the face of family conflict. Through
interactive discussions and case studies therapists will gain practical skills to guide
clients toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being. This course also
explores ethical considerations, cultural influences, and the decision-making process
around estrangement when necessary.
