While often associated with childhood and adolescence, bullying does not end with graduation. Adult bullying is a pervasive and often overlooked issue that affects individuals in personal relationships, workplaces, social groups, and even therapeutic settings. This course examines the psychological effects of adult bullying and provides clinicians with tools to support victims. Participants will explore interventions to help clients heal from the trauma of bullying and build resilience against future abuse.
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Identify the psychological impacts of adult bullying.
- Describe therapeutic interventions that can support victims of adult bullying.
- Apply resilience-building strategies to help clients recover from bullying.
- Analyze the long-term effects of bullying on mental health and well-being.
