This advanced clinical workshop explores how we, as therapists, hold space in ways that are attuned, safe, and sustaining—for our clients and for ourselves. Together, we’ll look at how boundaries take shape in the room—not just through what we say, but through how we show up, how we regulate, and how we relate. Drawing from somatic awareness, relational theory, and embodied presence, we’ll explore the real-time work of holding space when emotions are high, attachment patterns are activated, or power feels uneven. You’ll leave with practical tools to navigate these moments with clarity and care—and with renewed connection to your own inner container as a healing presence.

Upon completion of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Describe how embodied presence shapes the therapeutic relationship.
  • Name common (and subtle) boundary challenges that show up when emotions or attachment patterns are activated.
  • Practice clinical strategies that support attuned presence and clear boundaries—even in moments of intensity.
  • Reflect on how nervous system awareness, relational dynamics, and power show up in the space between therapist and client.
