This advanced training expands on the foundational “Overcoming Imposter Syndrome” course, focusing on deeper psychological, systemic, and workplace factors that reinforce
self-doubt. Using advanced CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques, participants will explore the role of perfectionism, ethical dilemmas, and professional hierarchies in imposter syndrome. Interactive activities, including guided reflection, structured exercises, and chat-based discussions, will help participants develop a personalized resilience plan without breakout groups.
