This webinar offers clinicians an introduction to understanding and treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Participants will learn about the core features of OCD, including obsessions, compulsions, and common symptom presentations across diverse populations. The session will highlight evidence-based treatment approaches, with a focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as the gold-standard intervention, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. Attendees will gain practical tools to assess OCD, differentiate it from other disorders, and develop effective treatment plans.
