In this 2-hour training, we will explore the transformative power of gratitude as an evidence-based intervention to foster emotional resilience, enhance client well-being, and support therapeutic goals. Through an interactive blend of theory and practice, you will gain insights into the psychological and neurological benefits of gratitude, such as its impact on stress reduction, emotional regulation, and positive relationship dynamics. By examining research-backed frameworks, you will also learn how to tailor gratitude interventions to diverse client populations, including those facing trauma, anxiety, or depression.

The training will include experiential exercises to help you integrate gratitude practices into your own life, deepening your understanding of the intervention’s effects. We will also practice techniques such as gratitude journaling, letters, and mindfulness activities that can be introduced in sessions to build rapport and strengthen clients’ sense of purpose and connection.
