Participants will explore how this paradigm shift transforms therapeutic relationships through continuous self-reflection, client-centered learning, and power-balanced partnerships. The course examines practical strategies for implementing cultural humility in diverse clinical settings, addressing implicit bias, navigating power differentials, and fostering genuine cross-cultural engagement. Through case studies and reflective exercises, clinicians will develop skills to create more authentic, responsive therapeutic environments that honor clients’ cultural identities and lived experiences.

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
