The body holds the story of stress and understanding it can transform therapy. This training gives psychotherapists a clear and practical overview of how the autonomic nervous system shapes emotion, behavior, and connection. Participants will learn to recognize clients’ physiological states, respond effectively, and use techniques that promote regulation, safety, and social engagement. Attendees will gain tools to help clients feel grounded, understood, and empowered in session.
