Self-harming behaviors can be common coping strategy used by some clients to manage emotional dysregulation and distress. Discover myths and facts about self-harm and explore vulnerabilities that can lead to an increased risk of self-harm. This webinar will define concepts such as non-suicidal self-injury and dispel common myths about self-injury and harm. Discussion will highlight how to assess, safety plan, and treat self-harm.
