Reflective Journaling as a Clinical Supervisor (1.5HR)
This course aims to equip clinical supervisors with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively integrate reflective journaling into their supervisory practice. Through this engaging session, participants will gain a practical understanding of reflective journaling and its potential to transform the supervisory relationship. By focusing on practical application and real-world examples, this session will empower supervisors to create a more meaningful and impactful learning experience for their supervisees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and professional development.
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
- define and differentiate reflective journaling
- design and implement reflective journaling activities
- articulate the value of reflective journaling for supervisor self-reflection
Social workers completing this course receive 1.5 General Skill Building asynchronous continuing education credits.
