Description
All of us are too busy and overwhelmed. Honestly, there are times when we put pressure on ourselves as we do not value “No” as being a complete sentence. There are some little-known tricks that when utilized will help us to alleviate pressure “secretly” so that we are less overwhelmed and thus can let go of any guilt that we might be offending others when we put ourselves first. Self-care is NOT selfish! Putting ourselves on our list is not saying “me first,” but rather, “me, too.”
Upon completion of this training, participants will be better able to:
- Manage time effectively by prioritizing and incorporating the value in reviewing your schedule daily.
- Develop a measurable way to determine progress toward the achievement of goals while creating an organized workspace.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to avoid becoming overwhelmed.
- Practice being assertively honest about your work capacity and current workload when you need to say “No” to a request.
