Emotional Clarity: Practical Strategies for Improving Therapeutic Outcomes (2HR)
Course Description
This course introduces therapists to the concept of emotional granularity, providing strategies to help clients better identify, clarify, articulate, and process their emotions. Participants will learn how improving emotional granularity can lead to more effective therapy outcomes.
Upon completion of this training participants will be able to:
- Identify the key components of emotional granularity.
- Explain the relationship between emotional granularity and therapeutic success.
- Apply techniques to help clients articulate complex emotions.
- Analyze client progress related to increased emotional clarity.
Social workers completing this course receive 2 Clinical asynchronous continuing education credits.
For other board approvals, this course qualifies for 2 hours of Clinical continuing education training.
