The Collaborative Journey of Clinical Supervision (2HR)
Course Description
The goal of this 2-hour training is to is to equip clinical supervisors in mental health with the skills and knowledge to foster a collaborative supervisory relationship that values and integrates supervisee perspectives. Participants will learn strategies to create an open and supportive environment that enhances professional development and improves client care.
Upon completion of this training participants will be able to:
- Understand the collaborative supervision model
- Integrate supervisee perspectives into supervision
- Implement strategies for effective collaborative supervision
Social workers completing this course receive 2 General skill building asynchronous continuing education credits.
For other board approvals, this course qualifies for 2 hours of General skill building continuing education training.
