This webinar is the place to begin. You will be introduced to important terminology and leave with actionable steps to make yourself a more gender affirming therapist.

Course Format

Course Format: Recorded Live Webinar with downloadable presentation slides and/or handouts and a required quiz. Learner is required to pass with a 70% or higher to achieve the CE certificate of completion. The learner is able to reset the test until a satisfactory score is achieved.

Accreditation Approval Statements:

CEUS On-Demand, LLC, provider #xxxx, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Jessica Maroun, LPC has 20 years of dedicated experience in the mental health field, Jessica (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Connecticut. She earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Central Connecticut State University and her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Post University. Jessica has worked in diverse environments—from adolescent group homes to outpatient clinics—bringing a wealth of expertise to her current role as Assistant Clinical Director in a group private practice.
