The “My Account” feature is for Online/Self-Study Courses ONLY. You do not have to create an account in order to participate in Live Webinars. If you have an account because you purchased a self-study training module, the Live Webinars that you attended will NOT show in your completed courses because they are live events and not a course. Live event certificates will also not be in your course folder. You will need to save those as you attend the event.
